I am going to be buying hockey tickets for my boyfriend as a Valentines Gift … [ Detroit Red Wings vs Colorado ]

The game is on January 28… I tired ticketmaster and they were sold out so … i went to www.gotickets.com [ which is kind of like an ebay for tickets exept it doesnt have bids ] and the prices were pretty high … what i want to know is will the prices go down the closer it gets to game day ? or will they get higher?

i really dont feel like spending 300 dollars to get okays seats.

if anyone knows a good site to go to that would help a lot!
